We are delighted with the news that our long-established client The Beach Ltd achieved planning consent for the change of use of a listed shop and uppers in Tonbridge, Kent this month.
The building is currently a shop with office uppers and rear parking. Consent is to reduce the retail area, with new build residential extension to form a split-level freehold maisonette with parking, with redevelopment of the existing uppers to create two additional flats (1 bed and 2 bed split level).
As well as our site finding service, we provided a more comprehensive service including acquisition and planning assistance.
