Underused, dilapidated buildings of all uses with potential for residential/ mixed use conversion.
Class MA (Permitted development)

Existing commercial buildings with potential for residential conversion under Permitted Development Rights.

‘For Sale’ and ‘To Let’ opportunities.
Contaminated land
Land with previous use which presents a very high chance of contamination or for part of LA contaminated land register. No or low short term residential redevelopment opportunity, 1 acre +, direct road access.
Energy (Containerised battery storage)
0.25 acre+ close proximity to substation or 11-33kv electrical network with good vehicular access.
Garages (lockups)
Lock-up garages with direct road access. Freehold.

Garden plots / Backland (residential infill)

Existing or possible direct road access. Can fit at least one detached bungalow on plot, some small land assembly.
HMO – 3-6 bed (small)
Non article 4/fringe article 4, rent rates are OK, back end bricks and mortar, close proximity (less than 5 Min walk to useful shops /amenities . close proximity to good transport links, usable outside space. Existing Residential. Permitted development (PD) valid.
